Everything is Covered But...

90 Day Limited Warranty

If anything goes wrong with your Worland, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
The component Manufacturer’s Warranty will apply for all major components.  Everything else is covered under our warranty except for the following:

  • Tires
  • Any bicycle damaged by dropping etc…
  • Digital display scratches
  • Paint scratches
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Abuse
  • Water damage

Shipping

How long will it take to arrive?

Shipping varies based on your location and a variety of other factors.  Generally you can expect your Worland electric bicycle in 2 weeks. We’ll let you know if will take more. West Coast destinations might be shorter, East Coast destinations will be longer.

Do I have to assemble anything?

Your battery will be sent separately, and you’ll need to charge it and snap it in place on your bicycle.

Returns

Accessory Returns

You have 30 days to return any uninstalled accessory for a refund. The item must be in new condition, and in its original box. You are responsible for properly packaging the item and all return shipping costs. We will advise you ASAP of any returned items from you that seem to have been damaged in shipping back to us.

You must request a return authorization before returning the product to us. Email us at Returns@WorlandLtd.com. Items without a return authorization will be refused.

Bicycle Returns

Bicycles are not returnable except for “out of the box failure”. Which means that the motor fails to power the bike (with a fully charged battery) the first time you ride it. Once we receive the defective bicycle, we will ship you another bicycle ASAP.

You are responsible for prepaid return shipping the bicycle (in its original packaging) back to us.  Please call us ahead of time for a return authorization #.  Bicycles without a return authorization number will be refused, and returned to you at your own cost.

Sale Items

All sales on discounted “on sale” items are considered final. No refunds will be given.
